When working with us, you can expect:

Quality

The ability of a process to produce either a product or service that meets or exceeds predetermined specifications and or customer requirements.  Inability to meet customer expectations can have not just monetary effects on a business through customer dissatisfaction but can severally effect employee morale.

Cost

The cumulative amount that it cost for an business to produce either a product and or service.  Inefficient processes will make a product or service cost much more than it should.  When cost are too high, businesses cannot be competitive and will ultimately loose current and future customers.

Delivery

The capability of a business to provide the product or service on time or within a competitive lead time.  In some cases customers are willing to sacrifice either quality or cost to get the product or service quicker.  Having a short lead time can be a very competitive advantage to most any business.

Frontier Metal Stamping

As Frontier Metal Stamping’s number 1 consultant, Peter Holtgreive was able to teach us the basics of value-stream management and, more importantly, use the Value Stream Mapping effectively in our respective areas. Processing times and delay times transitioned from an intellectual exercise to a working language at Frontier Metal Stamping. Percent complete and accurate is reviewed/discussed with each new project we take on and every form used in the company. We went from about 5% complete and accurate to 45% within a week and are achieving 95% on new Purchase Orders. The time required to complete a job has improved by about 15%.

Child Safe Colorado

When I worked with Peter, I had the opportunity to watch him deliver trainings to several companies. What struck me was not just his knowledge of the various subject matters on which he was training, but his ability to engage the employees. His extensive knowledge and expertise with Lean training and business excellence is impressive, but his capacity to connect with the employees he's training is what sets Peter apart.

If you want the best, hire Peter. He will bring your company to new heights of business excellence.

BSC Signs

Peter Holtgreive introduced our sign company to Lean Manufacturing two years ago.
We were moving from a 8,700sqft to a 20,000sqft facility. Peter helped set up the shop, the offices and then how to work both in the most efficient way possible.

We then moved from the Basic Principles of Lean as it applies to mass production, to learn about Lean for the Job Shop (custom manufacturing)

As part of our Continuous Improvement Program, Peter helps keep us on target and accountable.
We highly recommend Peter for his knowledge, teaching skills, positivity and good humor!

NITE IZE, INC.

I began working with Peter three years ago when I was first helping to introduce lean manufacturing to Nite Ize. He provided training sessions on lean manufacturing and led several Kaizen events with our Operations employees. Peter kept the training he conducted relevant and engaging to the group. He exceeded our expectations by getting great class participation, supporting the team to implement immediate improvements, and providing a solid business case. We ended up needing to do a random lottery for several of the Kaizen sessions we held because we had so many individuals who wanted to participate. He ensures that all ideas are heard, the problems are looked at from all angles, and his approach helps to naturally reduce resistance to change.
